Summary: This property looked good on pictures but it is a low budget built. The wooden counter bar was broken my wife cooking fell and hurt on of our kids because the counter was loose and our nine yr old wanted to grab a slice of pizza the pot fell with the wood counter top and hit my 7 yr old in the face. The place has mold in the master bedroom bath and there was a water leak coming from the wall when you turn the shower on. The water runs out of hot water in less the 2 minutes, it seems like both units are running off same water heater. Place smells like mold as soonest you turn into the rooms. Not the place to RENT!
